Job Description:

Calling all future educators We're in search of motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join our supply team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the classroom, providing essential support to teachers and helping to create an engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver highquality lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Provide individualised support to students who require extra assistance with their learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages participation and respect.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and embrace the challenges of working in a dynamic educational environment.

Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
