Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) Learning Disability Service are looking for a new Locality Operational Lead in the Bay area (Covering Lancaster and Morecambe up to Kendal and Barrow)

This post is a full time 37.5hr per week permanent post.

Operational Leadership underpins the delivery of all NHS Services and is a complex and rewarding area of specialism and is open to both clinical professionals and professional managers.

The learning disability service is a fast moving, complex and dynamic place to work with great opportunities for the further development of your leadership skills and obtaining further and higher qualification.
