Business Manager

Permanent Position

£30,000-45,000 (plus commission and bonus pay)

Company Credit Card + Company car

22 days holiday which increases with length of service (option to buy up to 5 days extra annual leave also) Pension Contribution of 4% employee 5% employer

9:00am - 5:00pm

Home-based with significant travel in the Midlands

Business Manager

  • Contributing to the development of the sales strategy for your territory
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities and customers for the range of products
  • Undertaking specific sales projects in a multidisciplinary team with our technical sales specialists to provide customised solutions for companies in your region
  • Maintaining excellent customer care through regular aftersales contact with existing customers
  • Updating our customer relationship management system in order to ensure all customer contact is captured
  • Liaising with our internal sales and service teams to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of products to customers
  • Supporting exhibitions and other customer events both in the UK and abroad

Business Manager

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working on CNC Machinery
  • Experience in a sales and/or business development role
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Valid UK clean driving license
