Due to continuing success our client, a well-established asbestos consultancy is now urgently looking to recruit an experienced, competent Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Birmingham area.

The successful postholder will be experienced in carryingout asbestos surveys to commercial / industrial sites and will hold the P402 certificate.

Applications will be considered Derby, Coventry, Wolverhampton, and applicants with good access to the M1, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant will have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Role:
Carry out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial contracts.
Collating and producing comprehensive and accurate asbestos reports.
Build and maintain strong professional rapport with clients/customers.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
