JOB TITLE:
Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee earner.

HOURS:
37.5 hrs, Full Time, Permanent. Flexible, Hybrid.

SALARY:
Negotiable on experience

LOCATION:
Leeds or Wakefield.

Multiple vacancies available, incredible progression routes.

YOUR NEW COMPANY:

You will be joining This is a Legal 500 award winning medium to large size firm, but everyone in the business is recognised and has direct access to the MD.

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor or legal executive.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

You will be dealing with a wide range of high quality transactions work from local to national clients.
Including sales & purchase
Refinancing
Landlord & tenant

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Prior fee earning experience with track record of billables.
Minimum 3 years Commercial property experience
Able to handle a large client base.
Willingness to learn and drive you career progression.
Personable.
Great communication skills.
Flexible to your approach of work.
