We are recruiting for a Co-Working and Business support hub based in Bury St Edmunds' town centre

The centre offers flexible working space for remote workers and SME's to focus away from their home environment with excellent facilities and a friendly working and supportive environment You will oversee the hub and be proud of the space you are in


We are seeking someone who is friendly and welcoming, with excellent social and administration skills who can oversee the day to day operations.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Build on our already engaging community of businesses.
  • Organise additional events to make use of the venue.
  • Manage the site on our appbased booking system and be responsible for ensuring all users have booked and paid and have everything they need to make their experience with us one that they will want to repeat.
  • Checking equipment is working as should be and report for repairs or replacement
  • Keep the hub tidy and arrange meeting rooms to suit each meeting requirement.
  • Report any property maintenance issues to line manager and you may be asked to seek information and quotes to get these rectified.
  • Meeting people who are starting their selfemployed new business journey, where we would expect you to be as excited as they are.
  • Capture this information and their data and pass this to the relevant member of the MENTA team.


As the community within the hub continues to grow you will be encouraged to think of new ways to promote the space and potentially arrange new events and to host these if appropriate.


Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with a degree of flexibility to accommodate out of hours events which will be on a very occasional basis.

In return you will be entitled to 25 days plus bank holidays annual leave

The starting salary for this position is between £19,000 to £21,000 dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Please note this is a fulltime 37.5 hr working week.
