Manufacturing Project Engineer

Location:
Caerphilly, CF83

Salary :
Up to £40,000

Acorn is currently seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer on behalf of their client.

This role is responsible for project leadership of new product lines, development of new manufacturing technology in support of new product lines or major improvements inexisting product lines.

The role also actively supports/implements continuous improvement philosophies and techniques (e.g. lean enterprise, six sigma).

Role requirements:

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably manufacturing biased
We require excellent communication, team working and leadership skills
Previous experience and evidence of delivering complex projects would be advantageous
You must be IT proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Office and Project Management tools
