Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a project administrator to join our exciting project team on a Fixed term or potential secondment basis.

The Trust is seeking to recruit a project administrator to be part of the project team that will re-launch the Trust's current electronic rostering solution and implement its new patient acuity recording software solution across all of its Inpatient Wards, called SafeCare - Live (provided by Allocate Software Plc).

(This role combines onsite and remote working on a weekly basis. The working base is negotiable)

As per the Chief Executives welcome statement, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is expanding and it is an exciting time to join our Trust and be part of large-scale project that will introduce multiple operational benefits and positive impacts the day to day operations on our Inpatient Wards.

The role will require the following skills and experience: (full details are contained within the job description)

Previous experience within a project or change management setting
Ability to work from their own initiative and without constant supervision
Confidence and skills to work as a 'critical friend' with other project team members, end users and senior staff (Ward Managers, Matrons), as required.
Ability to provide comprehensive and accurate project documentation in line with the project's processes.
Ability to provide regular update reports and escalate any ongoing project issues to the programme manager in a timely manner.
Ability to coordinate and effectively manage the project teams generic support mailbox on a daily basis to ensure all matters are dealt with in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
