Working alongside the Estates Manager, they will champion H&S legislation and compliance within the Maintenance Team ensuring training, risk assessments and planned preventative maintenance tasks are kept up to date.

The role will also entail proactively managing your own workload in completing general maintenance reactive works as well as helping out the wider team.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday , 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Uniform, tools and lunch are provided. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
