Responsibilities:


  • Implement, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across selfserve platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • Proven ability to understand client goals and how they translate into paid media campaigns
  • Maintaining and optimising client campaigns to maximise those measures of success through data driven decisions.
  • Brainstorming/researching targeting for specific campaigns
  • Serve as daily internal account team and vendor contact when appropriate, address account team, vendor, and client issues thoughtfully and effectively
  • Track operational performance of multiple accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence
  • Process oriented, with the ability to manage multiple small or mediumsize projects simultaneously
  • Analysing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / biweekly / monthly & adhoc basis
  • Keeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to internal teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Basic Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of relevant experience in planning and buying paid social and digital media
  • Proven track record analysing paid media campaign performance and developing and implementing optimisation recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments

Preferred Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, perform well under pressure, and be a team player
  • Be a selfstarter, energized by problemsolving, excel in a collaborative environment, and proactively offer suggestions to build, shape, and improve processes
  • Understanding of programmatic, paid search, and SEO fundamentals is a plus
  • Experience with Google business tools like Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Search Console is a plus
