We are Town And Country Care, a family run home care service in Lincolnshire for older people, some of whom have dementia, and younger adults with long term illness and physical disabilities.
We are looking for Support Workers in your area who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for others, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles in life.
You will be supporting our clients with all aspects of personal care, meal preparation, assisting with medication and ensuring all daily needs and requirements are being met using a person centred approach.
This role might suite an applicant with the following attributes;

Although a Drivers Licence is preferred, we do also consider cyclist if you are passionate about working within the Care industry.
