Multi Trade Operative

  • Social Housing Maintenance
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity
  • VAN SUPPLIED


Resourcing Group is working with a large housing association who would like to appoint an additional multi trade operative to join their existing directly employed team as soon as possible.


They have an opportunity available for a multi skilled maintenance carpenter or all rounded trade person, starting as soon as possible.

The works will include daily day to day responsive repairs, carrying out work in occupied homes.

A van is supplied along with a fuel card.


Essential:


  • Multi Skilled essential
  • Carpentry skills, basic plumbing skills, tiling, repairs and maintenance, patch repair
  • Basic IT skills as a PDA system is provided
  • Full UK Driving License
  • To operate the company van
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, available to start as soon as possible.
