Due to phenomenal growth our new Tate Professional division are looking for a professional, experienced Recruiter with a passion for business development and a focus on long term partnerships with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Tate Professional are a successful and collaborative team focused on mid-senior level hires predominantly within HR, Marketing and Finance. You will have autonomy to work across a variety of industry sectors in both the Public and Private Sectors.

The Role:

Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls and meetings
Developing sales pipelines, actively seeking new business opportunities
Supporting applicants through the recruitment process, offering advice and support with CV advice and interview techniques
Researching market news and trends to make informed business decisions

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter, someone with a winning mentality and respect for others.

We are looking for the sort of person that works hard to deliver on promises, is always honest and acts with integrity but most importantly knows how to have fun Ideally, you will have some or all of the following experience and qualities:

Proven experience in developing business relationships and maintaining them
Recruitment industry background
Someone who can work autonomously but equally be an integral team player
