About the Role BJSS is looking to add a Finance Systems Administrator to the Leeds office.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced technology consultancy environment.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Maintaining the system (Kimble/Salesforce) and data
- Provide 3rd line support for the ticketing system
- Close down leavers
- Working with the Sales/Op's teams to set up data
- Project Activations
- Timesheet Code enablement and maintenance
- Management of companywide reporting and access
- Timesheet chasing
- User Acceptance Testing for system release and upgrades
About You This is an excellent opportunity for a bright minded individual who is ready to take on a new challenge.
This opportunity demands an ambitious individual who has a passion for IT Systems / Software, is quick to learn with strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results.
It is imperative that you are deadline focused and willing to put in the effort required to ensure deadlines are always met.
You will have good interpersonal skills, be able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively.
You will focus on relationships and have great attention to detail in your work.
Qualifications and Skills
- System admin/helpdesk background and knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent Excel skills
- Salesforce knowledge ideal not essential
