Description

To act as first line management in the organisation and running of the assigned press zone, reporting to the Senior Manufacturing and H&S Controller
We are looking for someone with the personality and the mind-set to make the first step into management of the business,

Requirements:

Ideally with previous Team Leader experience
Excellent timekeeping and attendance are also critical to this role.
Must have previous zone leader or shift leader or supervisor or manager experience from a busy engineering or manufacturing background.

Benefits:

Hours of work are 37.5 hours plus overtime as and when required
