Description
This role will benefit from hybrid working and can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel to our partners and own offices as required across the UK.


What will you be doing?

  • Support Business Development to successfully transition new initiatives to Relationship Management when they become business as usual
  • Build strong pragmatic working relationships across multiple teams
  • Client relationship building management of relationships with allocated clients, ensuring the highest level of service e.g., query management, renegotiation contracts, reporting requirements.
  • Effectively manage and present Governance meetings.
  • Analyse financial performance data, to identify methods of adding value which can be implemented.
  • Present and or articulating complex financial metrics to several senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Promote, implement and project manage new services and updates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients for new activity
  • Work closely with the partners to build a core team around the key client focusing on relationship building and opportunity management.
  • Minimise commercial loss through identifying risks in poor performance.

Is this you?

  • Experience in Secured Assets/MCOB preferred
  • Good understanding of call centre metrics and SLA's
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to understand market trends, financial reports and performance MI.
  • Great understanding of the credit industry/debt management and secured sector
  • Strong senior stakeholder management internally and externally and experience in working with diverse account teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at director level
  • Great planning, organisation and relationships management skills
