Sunday-Thursday


Hours of work: 2pm-11pm




Job Purpose:

To carry out warehouse duties following all relevant company procedures and adhering to company policies.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

Principle Accountabilities & Objectives

  • Ensure the Goods in and dispatch process is followed as per the work instructions.
  • Order picking using the correct procedures.
  • Ensure correct dress code (PPE) is worn at all times.
  • Follow clean as you go policy, so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
  • Report any incidents, accidents and near misses to the on shift Manager/ Supervisor.
  • Ensure the Warehouse is "audit ready" at all times.
  • Help to deliver a service level in excess of 99.5%
People/Personal Management

  • Encourage team members to develop and learn.
  • Build working relationships with peers and work colleagues both within the department and throughout the company.
  • Operate to high moral, personal and appearance standards and encourage peers to do the same.
  • Ensure peers to work within health and safety guidelines.
Information Management

  • Ensure information is recorded correctly on daily sheets and highlight any issues to team.
  • Communicate with your team daily too ensure they understand targets and schedules
  • Liaise with Stock Controllers and booking in staff with regards to stock movement
Skills/Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Trained on all relevant equipment within the warehouse
  • Trained in the use of computer stock system
  • The ability to communicate with people within your area and other areas of the business
