An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and motivated individual to join the organisation in the capacity of Temporary Staffing Officer.

The Temporary Staffing Team are a busy and committed team, who work closely together to deliver the best service possible to our wards and departments.

The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring all agenda for change temporary staffing requests are managed effectively using the BankStaff system, StaffDirect and HealthRoster whilst liaising with wards, departments and the Senior Nursing Team.

Proactively working towards maximizing our fill rates by monitoring demand and liaising with our internal recruitment team. Responsible for ensuring bank workers reliability is monitored and working visas are monitored.
