We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Graduate to join our Supply Chain teams split between our sites in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham and Staverton, Gloucester.

This is a 2-year scheme where you will be given an opportunity to put your knowledge into practice whilst rotating throughout the department learning and developing as you go.

Our Programme_

You'll take responsibility early on and be involved in projects from the very start. You'll be inquisitive, thriving on new experiences, challenges and learning opportunities.

Over two years, you'll gain the knowledge and experience needed to build your understanding of our business, our customers, and the wider industry.

From day one, you'll be encouraged, supported and listened to. You'll take ownership of fast-paced projects - and enjoy on-the-job training and workshops, to further develop your skills.

At the end of the programme you'll have the chance to move on to a permanent role and then you can expect opportunities to accelerate your career based upon your performance.

Who we're looking for_

Ideally you'll have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in Supply Chain Management and ideally have some relevant work experience gained through your course.

We look for more than just a degree; you'll need a growth mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.

You'll be curious, flexible, resilient, analytical, and most of all - you'll be truly collaborative.

You won't mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done.

You'll be passionate and self-motivated with an interest in all thing's aviation too
