Position Summary:


NexGen Cloud, a dynamic and rapidly growing cloud technology company, is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team.

As a Tech Recruiter at NexGen Cloud, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Employer Branding: Actively promote NexGen Cloud as an employer of choice. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry professionals, and other talent sources to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and job boards.

Good to have:


  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadline
  • Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyse recruitment data.
  • Employer Branding: Knowledge of promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Understanding of diversity recruitment strategies.
