You must have experience selling services and solutions and tendering for large scale projects.

Must have experience within a Sales role within a Consultancy/Service delivery business.

With lots of opportunities for supporting this great business with their aim of quadrupling their turnover, this is truly exciting and not to be missed


Key responsibilities/behaviours:


  • Ability to instil confidence in both yourself and the clients services through pitches to SLT/Csuite decision makers,
  • Must be able to manage own workload, including developing a pipeline for future business and maximising existing opportunities,
  • Some knowledge within Continuous Improvement, Change Management or Transformation will be a strong bonus,
  • Commercial focus with gross Profit and Margin Targets in mind,
  • Ownership and accountability for developing new client relationships,
  • Develop enterprise level pitches for new business, utilising the Technical team for support,
  • Some travel required,

Key experience:


  • Must be comfortable in engineering and manufacturing environments,
  • Excellent computer skills,
  • Must be very strong organisationally as you'll be expected to manage and develop your work load,
  • Demonstrable ability to develop own sales strategy/funnel,
