The partners of a top US multinational firm are looking for a Corporate Restructuring Lawyer to join their experienced team in their London office.


The Corporate Restructuring Lawyer's Role


The successful Corporate Restructuring Lawyer will work with a rage of clients - debtors, creditors and other parties, on a full range of distressed corporate circumstances.

The corporate restructuring lawyer will work on complex, cross-border restructuring transactions as well as insolvency proceedings, often working closely with other departments in the firm such as M&A and finance
