Description
We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company.

They are recruiting for a First Line Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with opptions of hybrid working.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and maintaining the IT systems
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for more complex issues
  • Microsoft and Mac OS system administration
  • Being the first point of contact for technical issues
  • Experience in similar role (12 years)
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Azure Active Directory and M36
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Full UK drivers' licence (essential)
