We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company.They are recruiting for a First Line Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with opptions of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining the IT systems
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for more complex issues
- Microsoft and Mac OS system administration
- Being the first point of contact for technical issues
- Experience in similar role (12 years)
- Proficient in SharePoint, Azure Active Directory and M36
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Full UK drivers' licence (essential)
