Description

The Customer Service Centre is at the front end of our services providing the first point of contact for the majority of our customer queries.

We firmly believe this provides a better, more responsive service to the public.


You will be the first point of customer contact at our Bodicote House reception, signposting visitors to the appropriate service or location.

The Person

You will be well organised, and have a positive, 'can do' attitude.

Previous face to face customer service experience is essential along with good communication skills and a good sense of humour.

To succeed in this challenging role, you must be flexible and able to demonstrate the skills necessary to work under pressure within a team environment.

You will be required to work at Bodicote House, Bodicote.
