The Tradewind Recruitment secondary team are currently recruiting for a Music Teacher for one of our local client secondary schools.

Our client school are seeking a Music Teacher to start in January to continue an on-going basis paying up to £189.50 perday.

This School aim to develop students who are considerate, honest, polite and helpful. It is essential that all students at feel valued and safe. That they aspire, grow in confidence, are respectful, think of others and achieve their potential.

Duties include:

Teaching general styles of music.
Teaching classical piano, practical and theory.
Teaching singing to students from beginner to advanced level.
Incorporating musical instruments and movement in lessons.
Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans.
Preparing students for school concerts and planned music experiences.

The essentials:

QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching Music across KS3 and KS
Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
Full and complete 10year career history
Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
Legal right to work in the UK
