Equity Research Analyst:
Saudi Equities Strategy

We are looking for someone with a passion for investing join our new Saudi Equities investment team.


Responsibilities:


  • Collecting data and materials needed to perform the research function
  • Developing knowledge of different industries in which the strategy invests.
  • Researching companies and industries locally and globally.
  • Building and maintaining financial models.
  • Staying informed about market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products
  • Preparing regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the portfolio holdings and watch list.
  • Other tasks that arise from time to time to help the investment team perform their duties.

Job Requirements:


Skills & Experience

  • 710 years' experience in asset management (buy side) or investment banking (sell side).
  • Experience covering companies in Saudi Arabia, GCC, frontier, or emerging markets.
  • Passionate about investing and financial markets.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn, develop, and grow.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Selfstarter and selfmanaged.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VBA)
  • Knowledge of programming in python is preferred
  • CFA/CPA/ACA is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Ability to demonstrate the right to work in the UK

Pay & Benefits:


  • Full Time
  • Working 4 days/week from our office in London and 1 day from home
  • Salary: GBP 70,000 to 90,000 negotiable (DOE) + bonus
  • Bonus: based on individual and company performance
