Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Part Time Administrator to join our busy team based in our Head Office.

This would be on a part-time basis (days/hours can be negotiated).


The Administration team provide support to our site workers and office staff carrying out a range of tasks such as fleet management, booking accommodation and maintaining training records.


Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with visitors and deliveries to the office
  • Organising and booking travel and accomodation for site workers
  • Printing paperwork for site set up,
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Other administration tasks as and when required
Rate of pay is dependent on experience.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
