Description

We are looking for a Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, This is a 12 month fixed term contract role initially with strong possibility of being extended.


You will lead on our work on wellbeing and equity, diversity and inclusion and bring about real change in the company.

You'll help to embed our values and make sure that inclusive practice drives everyday behaviours of staff and managers.

You will actively engage with our workforce, and this isn't just a desk job, we would love you to be out and about talking to staff and arranging events and visits.


  • Develop and lead on delivery of our equity, diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Develop and lead on delivery of our wellbeing strategy
  • Review our policies and protocols to ensure they are in line with best practice
  • Deliver a programme of activity throughout the year based on a wellbeing, equality diversity and inclusion calendar
  • Arrange events on sites to engage with staff
  • Develop a programme to embed inclusive leadership within our managers' working practices
  • Maintain up to date resources for staff on our wellbeing, equality diversity and inclusion offer including booklets and intranet resources
  • Keep staff up to date with any financial benefits and offers they may be entitled to
  • Support our staff networks to develop and deliver a programme of events
