The Owner of this well run boutique hotel is seeking a
Head Chef who can put their own mark on the kitchen.

The hotel, which is situated in a beautiful part of the country, offers 2AA rosette dining in the restaurant, and is a very popular wedding venue.

The hotel prides itself on providing menus featuring modern Britishdishes made using local fresh ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer.

You will lead a brigade of 8 Chefs so good leadership skills are essential. This is an exciting role as Head Chef you will have full autonomy on the menus. Completingall necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.

Requirements:

A focused and ambitious Head Chef who has previous experience working in a Rosette accredited venue. A passionate, enthusiastic, foodie to take over the reigns of this restaurant.
