Description
Main duties include:
- To take a proactive role in presenting a customerfocussed service to students, staff and visitors, answering general enquiries, passing on information and coordinating follow up action.
- To manage the diary of key academic staff, arranging meetings and appointments.
- To assist with the creation and update of digital and printed publicity/information materials.
- To support and maintain Faculty and School community notice boards, bulletins, newsletters, digital screens by ensuring information is current and promotes the ethos of the School community.
- To assist with the administrative coordination of events and activities. For example, conferences, research seminars, support for organisers of fieldwork and placements, updating website information.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and it offers hybrid working, this role offers £11.24 per hour.
