Hakata Ramen is currently seeking a kitchen assistant to join their team. Experience in is not essential as we will give you all trainings you needed. Great opportunities for excellent training on all sections of the kitchen. Hence your commitment and dedication to the job will be more important than previous experience.

It is an independent business with a superb Japanese food trade.

You should therefore have a real interest in Japanese food trends and working with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.

The role of Kitchen Assistant:

• Full or Part-Time roles are available
• Assisting a team of Chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh Japanese dishes from scratch, using quality ingredients

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has:

• Genuine commitment to work hard in a team.
• Experience as a Kitchen Assistant but not essential
• The desire to challenge in a small, friendly and a unique team
• Take pride in keeping the premises organised & clean.
• Work within the company's food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

£10.00-£10.25 per hour
