Description
We are currently looking a customer service/sales representative to join our office team on a full time basis.

We are a small team and our company is rapidly expanding; we are looking for a team member who will be passionate about helping us fulfill our current workload, but also help us to develop, improve our systems as we expand.

Because we are a small team, the right person can really make a difference


We are looking for someone who can assist with the following:

  • Answering phones and dealing with sales calls
  • Contacting customers with delivery dates
  • Lead generation
  • Creating job packs for delivery drivers
  • General admin assistance for other members in the team
  • Answering Tawkto (website chat feature)
  • Handling any complaints in an efficient, professional, and timely manner
  • Route planning
  • Social Media script writing and assisting our social media team
  • Helping to prepare for marketing promotions
  • Helping to build our agent network
  • Ad Hoc admin tasks for MD

The ideal person will have the following attributes:

  • Confident and calm when handling a high volume of customer enquiries
  • Be able to problem solve
  • The ability to take the initiative
  • Good spoken and written English (spelling and grammar)
  • Good maths skills
  • Positive working attitude and enthusiastic.
  • Previous experience within an office essential
  • High level of office IT skills desirable (especially with excel, word, outlook and powerpoint)
  • Be prepared to muck in with all tasks
