    Overview

    We're looking for a Motor Engineer to join our team in Ipswich.

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with drivers and policyholders, helping them with their questions and concerns. You'll also support our engineering team and work with other companies and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly and our service is top-notch.

    How you'll make an impact
    • Authorise estimates and invoices up to £2500 
    • Act on independent engineers' reports
    • Liaise with drivers and policy holders
    • Assist with business queries as needed
    • Mentor engineering team members
    • Coordinate with field engineering companies, customers, and clients
    About You
    • Technical experience in bodywork or mechanical field
    • Willingness to learn
    • Knowledge ofmodern vehicle repair methods
    • Ability to plan and manage priorities
    • Awareness of new technologies and trends in the repair industry
    • Expertise in motor claims handling practices (beneficial but not essential)
    • Strong negotiation and resolution skills
    • Eligble to work in the UK
