/ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Experience Designer at Momentum, you are a seasoned professional and responsible for creating and delivering high-quality audience experiences for our clients across a variety of platforms; from consumer brand experiences, B2B conferences, in-store shopper activations or show-stopping after partiesplus many more

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, artistic licence, and a deep understanding of user experience principles. You are a pro-active and inspirational thinker needing mínimal support from director level.

As Senior Experience Designer you will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to conceptualize, design and execute projects to meet client needs and budgets.

With your calm and measured approach under pressure, you will be trusted by your director who will support and enhance the projects ideas & designs allowing you to effectively manage projects from day-to-day, adhering to deadlines whilst also delivering outstanding results.

With your strong storytelling skills you are confident in presenting internally and externally to clients.

Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-weight Experience Designers, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the design team.

/ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Audience Journey Mapping:

Pushing the Creative Boundaries:

Demonstrate exceptional design skills and strong ability to think creatively outside the box, by generating innovative ideas and solutions and exploring the different resolutions to a brief.

You can take a conceptual idea and translate it into a compelling design that both tells a story and looks visually striking, you push the creative boundaries of Experience Design where possible, to take our work into new and exciting territories.

3D Design & Visualization:

Utilizing your advanced technical knowledge of 3D software to design and visualize cutting-edge and engaging audience experiences to wow our clients.

Optimizing assets and managing file sizes for ease of workflow and collaboration, whilst sharing your technical expertise to help upskill the team.

You stay on top of the latest software and continually upskill to take our work to new heights.

Presentation Skills & Storytelling:

Possess excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to clearly articulate your design thinking and storytelling, showcasing work in compelling and considered live presentations and client facing documents.

Ideation to Execution:

You are the custodian of creativity and work closely through all stages of the project to ensure a press-worthy and high-quality delivery.

You lead conversations with production and suppliers to work towards creative and sustainable build solutions that fall in-line with the budget.

Mentor and Manage:

***You provide guidance and mentorship to the more junior members of the team, nurturing their professional growth through skill sharing and upskilling, supporting their individual strengths and interests.

Project and Time Management:

***You can effectively manage project output and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You adapt your working style and approach to changing project requirements, actioning what is required to fulfil a project to its full potential.
