Mill Garth Hospital is a 21-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation hospital, located in Meanwood, Leeds. We provide active and positive engagement for males aged 18 years and over, who experience a range of mental health disorders.

As a
Healthcare Assistant, your primary duties will be to:

Ensure you support and assist qualified staff in the assessment
Planning and implementation of patient care
Deliver care to the patient as prescribed by the individual care plans
Observe and monitor the well being of patients
Ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate
