Our directors share 30 years of professional experience and are involved in domestic, commercial and industrial projects from initial design to build completion.

• Currently, we are tendering for electrical works ranging from £25k up to £250k using SEC software; we anticipate increasing our tendering potential over the coming months.
• This position would be ideal for an estimator looking for an opportunity to establish their own reputation in the electrical sector. You may already have extensive relevant experience, however, if you wish to advance your knowledge and experience of estimating in the electrical field our Directors can provide and assist with further training.
• For the right person development opportunities within our company may also be available for expansion into further roles including project management.
• Experience in UK construction industry
• A good working knowledge of generic construction rates
• An ability to produce Cost Plans, budgets & tenders from both outline and detailed specifications and/or drawings
• Experience in using estimating software & a good general IT knowledge
• Good planning & personal skills, well organised & able to communicate well
• The ability to demonstrate initiative, be selfmotivated, proactive, forward thinking & enthusiastic
• A willingness to contribute to the development of the business
