As a Whale Tankers Service Coordinator, you will need to have great rapport building skills enabling you to build solid and trusting relationships with our customer contacts and also our field based engineers.


The Service Coordinator team are the trusted and first point of contact for all service customer inbound enquiries and responsible for coordination of all required works with our skilled engineers, to ensure their equipment is repaired, serviced or inspected on time every time.


Salary:
£25,500.00-£27,600.00 per year

Education:

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

  • Solihull (required)
