Feel like being part of the people team?
The role of People and Payroll Administrator is really important to us.

You will be responsible for facilitating a shared service with the rest of the People team, through assisting with daily People and Payroll administrative tasks.


We would love to welcome you to our HQ based in Crewe, where you'll be made to feel part of the team by both your line manager and colleagues that work alongside you.

You will receive a full induction and training when you start.

As well as the usual duties you would expect from this role, building relationships with managers and staff across the business is an important part of this opportunity and ensuring you understand the importance of providing accurate, timely and informative HR administration to the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle.

In addition, This position will also provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation in our Global offices.

We operate in countries including Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy.


What would your day look like?

  • Provide excellent quality administrative support to employees and managers.
  • Supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle; preparing new contracts of employment, onboarding data to the HR system, supporting attendance management matters, preparing references, supporting training and so on.
  • Supporting the People Business Partner with any delegated activities including business initiatives and organisation wide projects.
  • Production of accurate global payroll reports for our outsourced payroll bureau.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files ensuring all documents are in line with the company processes and data protection requirements.

What do we expect of you?

  • Demonstrable track record in administration would be desirable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Highly motivated and driven to learn.
  • Experience and confidence in communicating clearly and concisely.
  • Understands the need for flexibility.
