We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Recruitment team as part of the wider HR function.

The role will be hybrid with the main office based in Runcorn.


Role overview:
To provide end to end recruitment advice and administration for the Group.

As a member of the team you will assist the HR team in providing advice, guidance and support in all areas of recruitment.


You will be the custodian of all HR personnel files, ensuring that the documents held and processed by the HR department either in hard-copy format or soft-copy format is done so in an accurate, timely and complete manner and in accordance with the prevailing laws on Data Protection.

You will work closely with the Payroll team to ensure correct payments to employees on a monthly basis.


Principal accountabilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting approved adverts on relevant websites, obtaining references and drafting offers of employment and contracts in accordance with the authorised forms.
  • Manage the recruitment process on behalf of internal and external Hiring Managers and employers, providing guidance in respect of the selection process, ensuring the promotion of good practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Complete data cleansing activities on data held on personnel files and HR Shared Drive to ensure its accuracy and maintain an orderly efiling system.
  • Conduct personnel file audits chasing missing documents, completing files, scanning and uploading to the electronic files.
  • Maintain compliance documents in line with Group policies and processes, administering the Disclosure and Barring Service checks for new starters, checking Professional registrations (GMC/NMC) annually for all clinicians and chasing updated documents including indemnity certificates and work visas.
  • Help coordinate Group Induction Days and manage attendee list.
  • Producing Org charts as required.
  • Support HR team with mobilisations and demobilisation of sites (producing data, letters and documents for TUPE in and out).
