MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

MANCHESTER

We are looking for a Maintenance Assitant to join a market leading manufacturing company.

Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the maintenance department is running smootly and correctly.

You will be involvedin all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.

With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcomingteam of engineers.

The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.


Role Description

  • Providing both Reactive & PPM
  • Working on a variety of machinery
  • Being involved in PPM Schedules
  • Ensuring H&S is kept to
  • Ensuring Maintenance Stock is kept up to date

Skills and Qualifications

  • Maintenance/Fitting Experience
  • Fault Finding ability Mechanical and some electrical
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics
