Front of House Assistant
Winchester Salary
- a range up to £25,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a new team member for a multi-award-winning client of ours in central Winchester. You will be working as part of a cohesive Administration team which provide wide ranging office support services. The main duties for this role will include providing an efficient service for all the front desk functions.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office, issuing badges, parking.
  • Directing visitors to the respective meeting rooms or arranging for them to be collected as appropriate.
  • Issuing data protection documentations to any temporary staff and contractors
  • Assisting with the booking system for all meeting rooms
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Arranging taxis, keeping accurate records of all bookings
  • Maintain the reception area to professional standards.
  • Reporting any maintenance requirements for the reception area and facilities
  • Working on Reception operating the switchboard, taking and delivering messages
  • Liaising with the Digital Services department to report any switchboard faults and maintenance requirements.
  • Providing general administration when required for the teams.

What you will need

  • Front of house/office experience is essential with a preference to positions held in professional services companies.
  • Switchboard experience and a confident and courteous telephone manner
  • Experienced in MS Outlook & Teams and basic Excel.
  • The ability to confidently work alone and as part of a team.
  • As you are based as the frontline contact having the ability to always maintain high professional standards.
  • Having a genuinely friendly and social approach to all guests and colleagues

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm. There is also parking on site
