POST:
Shop Assistant/ First Point of Contact (FPOC) - Saturdays


SALARY:10.29 per hour


HOURS:5 hours per week, Saturday 10am-3pm


ACCOUNTABLE TO:
Finance Executive


OUTLINE OF POST:


  • Taking referrals from clients, their family, and external service providers.
  • Providing information about all our services, and signposting to external service providers.
  • Admin support for the organisation as a whole.
  • Cover support for other departments.

MAIN TASKS:


  • You will be responsible for the operational efficiency of the central administration services and as required for other departments.
  • You will provide support/cover for the Domestic Services, Handyman Service, and Shop Reception, when necessary due to absence/holidays.
  • Responsible for the operation of routine personnel systems including DBS checks, holidays, training, and sickness reporting.
  • Assisting with the administration of staff/volunteer recruitment as required.
  • Preparing monitoring and evaluation reports as required.
Recording all client contact on to Charitylog.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 5 per week


Salary:
£10.29 per hour
