In preparation for the 2023/24 academic year, we are seeking proactive and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support our educators and contribute to the overall educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging classroom activities;
Providing oneonone or small group support to students with diverse learning needs;
Helping maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere;
Collaborating with teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans;
Offering guidance and support during educational outings and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

Relevant educational background or qualification;
Previous experience working in an educational or childcare setting is advantageous;
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of varying ages;
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles;
Enthusiasm for contributing to students' growth and development.
