We are supporting a reputable client in Denbighshire looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their small HR team.

This role is full time hours per week.

This role is offering agile working - you will have flex to WFH some weeks could be morethen others due to business needs.

Head Office is easily accessible on motorway less than 40 minutes from Chester and Wrexham by car. There are also local transport links nearby.

Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:

Creating and maintaining a positive working relationship between the company and its people.
Working closely with managers at all levels.
Facilitate workshops and training in order to develop employee relations capability within the company.
Generally act on your own initiative, analysing the facts and providing a range of options for consideration, identifying any associated risks, and will be comfortable engaging in challenging conversations.

Essential requirements as a HR Advisor:

Be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward or have relevant previous experience.
Experience working with a broad range of ER cases.
Experience advising on a broad spectrum of HR policies with managers and employees.
The ability to design, deliver and implement ER training programmes.
Confident, motivated, and determined.
Flexible and enthusiastic with a cando approach.
Be very adaptable
