Job Title - Administration Support - School / College Leaver
Location - Stansted Airport
Type of Role - Permanent /Full Time
You will be working within an Engineering environment and will be assisting with the management of the day to day priorities that the engineers encounter.
As an Administration Support you will assisting with the administration processes on site, ensuring a smooth operation for the Engineers.
- Looking after the expenses and timesheets for engineering staff
- Liaise with engineering staff and other departments to manage relevant cover for training and absence
- Support the administration of the STN roster.
- Assist with the Administration process for Airport ID's as necessary
- Any other tasks as requested by the Line Maintenance Manager and HR Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to multitask and with a high level of attention to detail
Pay:
£1.00-£1,000,000.00 per year
