This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join a Main Contractor who specialises in Major projects within the building sector

Our client is looking for a Senior Planner to join them on a 6-12 month contract basis working on Healthcare schemes


Key responsibilities for this Senior Planner role:

  • Reporting into the Project Managers and Planning Manager
  • Development of Programmes on Asta Powerproject
  • Planning projects from scratch
  • Working alongside site teams
  • Monitoring and updating programmes

Experience required for this Senior Planner role:

  • User of Asta Powerproject
  • Worked on projects such as Healthcare, Carehomes and other major projects
  • Experience of JCT and NEC form of contract
  • Site based experience
  • Worked on schemes up to £40m in value
