We're looking for a talented and ambitious senior, integrated designer to play an integral role within our agency. You will have a ferocious appetite for making your ideas happen.

A team player who rolls their sleeves up and gets their head down to find the best way to answer a brief and achieve design excellence.

And with no unnecessary hierarchical layers of authority within the agency, you will get to take on lots of responsibility and have client exposure.

You will also have plenty of opportunities to work on new business and pitches.


Role:

What is takes to become a senior designer at Krow

  • A portfolio that shows you have broad experience and the ability to create standout design work.
  • Experience working in a fastmoving integrated creative agency.
  • Ability as a designer across different channels, whether it's a billboard, digital banner, social post or TV graphic
  • You'll understand what's needed to excel in each channel and demonstrate a love for your craft and willingness to learn new skills.
  • A solid working knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Motion design skills would be beneficial.

  • You'll work closely with creatives, studio and account teams to create impactful work across our clients.
  • Highly proactive and ability to set the design principles behind various clients and us as an agency
