Description
We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to support the Edinburgh office and wider firm Business Lines.


The Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Processing internal and external mail activity
  • Processing client documentation and records incl. scanning, filing, and returning records
  • Assisting with AML requirements
  • Database Management
  • Producing consistent high quality and accurate documents with a quick turnaround, ensuring letters, memos, file notes and reports are prepared in the required format and saved as per the firm's filing standards
  • Providing administrative support to various Business Lines incl. lodging accounts and submitting tax returns
  • Processing file management and archiving in accordance with firms procedures
  • Undertaking other duties and tasks as and when required

  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
  • Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills are desirable
