Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic engineering business who are looking to recruit a Service Manager to manage their team of Engineers and to be the main point of contact for all serving clients within a geographiclocation (Home Counties).

The Service Manager will provide a full aftercare service in addition to help troubleshoot and book Engineers' availability accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business in addition to offering career progression.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily allocation of work to Field Engineers.
Ensuring engineers are working efficiently, following all processes, and are working safely.
Ensuring lift breakdowns are returned to service as soon as possible.
Attendance at customer review KPI meetings.
Carrying out maintenance quality audits.
Audits, Expenses, Overtime.
Work quality review discussions.
Monitoring and rebalancing service routes as necessary.
Monitoring/scheduling repair completion.
Monitoring/scheduling consultant audit repair.
Service Administration support.
Repair sales on existing service portfolio.
New contracts dilapidation survey.
Credit control assistance with finance team.
Deciphering whether works are chargeable given the contract in place.

Skills and Experience:

Good Communications skills, being able to deal with customer representatives, suppliers,' and engineers.
Basic IT skills, specifically, MS Word, Excel, and Project.
Reasonable literary and numerate skills.
Engineering experience: mechanical, electrical, or electronic.
Manmanagement experience.
Presentable appearance.
Problem solving mindset.
Results oriented.
