About the role:
If you are looking to start a laboratory carer in a highly rewarding field, we have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Job specification:
You will work across our Cardiff and Bristol sites undertaking all aspects of andrology and some aspects of embryology.
Also, you will perform a range of administrative and support activities that are critical to provide the best service to our patients.
Full training will be provided. You will work some weekends and bank holidays on rotation.Person specification:
You must have excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity and an ability to prioritise. Good communication, record keeping and IT skills are essential are essential. Professionalism, integrity and empathy are also vital in this field.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Proven laboratory skills are essential, skills in reproductive science or tissue culture would be an advantage. Knowledge of HFEA Code of Practice would also be advantageous.
Qualifications:
A Life Science Degree or equivalent is required
